Seems Kate Middleton isn’t the first “Waity-Katie”. Mail on Sunday Diarist Katie Nicholl, who coined the phrase for Kate, was known by the nickname herself prior to her marriage. (Scroll down)

    actually, the “waity katie” name came from a royal forum and then katie nichols decided to use it.
